Within an hour of taking a 10mg tablet I can be very hard and not ha.. took it and nothing has happened yet and its been 2hours. We've now made love 3 days in a row...but she said don't get used to that - lol. I've had a couple of short duration very very mild headaches, an odd, mild back pain in a couple different places a few times that also did not last long. My nose is congested a little when I wake up but gets better when I sit up.

Here's another side effect others mentioned, and I too, am very ok with it. I don't get what could be described as cold shrinkage, the flacid state is much larger.
