It doesn't change much, but in the middle notes it looses most of the coffeness, the apple pie stays, you get more vanilla and tonka bean which makes it very sweet. Base notes are mostly benzoin and you again can smell the coffee instead of apple pie. I can't imagine wearing it in the summer, but in the colder months you can literally wear it anywhere, just not too much, cause the scent is extremely strong and may be headache inducing.
